Movie...Show...Movie... part 1

On Tuesday night... or was it considered Wednesday morning, i think from 1am onwards... there was this show called "Ai Zai Shanghai" aka "A Love at Shanghai" showing on channel 8. It was about this guy, whom was a young designer whose talents and works always rejected by his superior, and live in a very small house, leading not a rich life. He met this lady and they were in love, but he lied to her about being rich and having a big comfy house. This girl, having living in a broken family, knows the pain, and longs for a house of her own, which she thought of as the most important part if she was to get married. Though the guy lied, he has on many times tried to confess to the girl, yet, upon looking at her innocent eyes and how much trust she has in him, he just cant bring himself to do so. He vowed to get his designs approved for the most recent big project, which he lied the girl yet again, saying he was to go aboard (Hai Nan) for work matters, in which he was actually staying at home trying to rush out the whole part of his design alone in just 10days, which normally took a team of 10-20. I remember this was the line he said(translated) to his close friend(who "lent" his house when the girl wanted so desperately to see his house): "I just cant confess to her, i dont wish to put down all the hope she has on me. Im very confident that my design will be accepted, once it is accepted, i will be rich and can fulfill all the promises and fill up the lies i told to her.". But half-way through, i think it was around the 8th or 9th day, due to anxiety of the girl being so close to a rich middle-aged man, he cant hold himeself down anymore, he barged to the rich man's estate and was searching from door to door in search of the girl. The rich man actually was showing the young designer's profile to the girl, and actually the girl didnt mind, and rejected the rich man's love for her by returning the profile file back. It was a very touching scene, where the girl practically cried on the phone, just asking... "Where are you? I just wish to know where are you?" repeatedly... And at this point in time, the guy barged through the door and saw the girl, and all he said was "Why are you here?" and he knew that all lies was known and he left. Then it was some days later that the girl actually found him in his house, she saw how it was practically a drastic comparison to her dream home. Both of them saw the "make-up" photos made by the guy, a wedding photo of both of them, and the girl knew just how much the guy love her and the reason why he lied... The guy proceed to tear away the photo, the girl at this time, rushed and hugged him from behind. It was a happy ending, the young designer's designs left on his superior desk actually was seen by the customers and they like it very much. He was promoted to "chuang yi zhong jian" aka creative director and was asked to lead the team to Hai Nan(where he lied earlier he was going to)! And the ending was actuallly in a park where they were locked in conversation, which the girl hung up upon hearing he was going aboard, thinking he was lieing again... Yet, when she saw him from afar running, she rushed towards him.. and the show ends here...
